1. Account Registration and Security

2. Subscription and Billing
Seonix is provided on a subscription basis. By selecting a pricing tier, you agree to pay Seonix the monthly or annual subscription fees indicated for that service.
Payments: Fees are charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up and will cover the use of the Service for the indicated subscription period.
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid term. We do not provide refunds for unused time in the current billing cycle.
4. Acceptable Use and Restrictions
You are responsible for all data and content you track or process using Seonix. You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service.
Use the Service to track, collect, or store sensitive personal information without appropriate user consent.
Attempt to bypass any security mechanisms or rate limits implemented by Seonix.
Resell, lease, or sub-license the Service to third parties without explicit authorization.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
6. Modifications to the Service
Seonix reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
